Working With The International Manufacturer...
When the products you distribute are also imported by other Australian or New Zealand distributors, the international manufacturer may find it beneficial to sign an ANZEMC International Manufacturer EMC Compliance Agreement (IMECA). The IMECA is very useful to an importing distributor as it can transfer the costs of Australian and New Zealand EMC compliance for the international manufacturer’s products onto the manufacturer and the responsibility for that compliance onto ANZEMC.
