Is My Data Secure?...

Yes, all ANZEMC client information is fully encrypted and redundant copies stored in three separate locations in two different countries. All communication with our data centres is over secure and encrypted connections. At ANZEMC we are very serious about our clients’ data security.

Are My Sensitive Product Testing Diagrams and Documentation Kept Confidential?...

ANZEMC maintains strict confidentiality for our clients. ANZEMC does not reveal our clients names, product information, distributors, resellers or end user to anyone except government regulatory bodies as required for EMC compliance. ANZEMC takes great pride in our client confidentiality and data security measures.

Can I Use C-Tick or A-Tick Marks on My Product Literature and Advertisements?...

Yes, however you must also include ANZEMC's unique ACMCA/RSM registered agent identity code. The ACMA/RSM does not require but strongly recommends C-Tick or A-Tick marks appear on an EMC approved product's packaging, manuals, warranty forms, literature, advertisements and websites. ANZEMC concurs with this as it removes any ambiguity of a product’s EMC compliance and can serve to assist with product sales and support enquires.

Are ANZEMC Services Cost Effective?...

Yes, ANZEMC service packages are all inclusive and scalable to grow as your business grows. As an ANZEMC client you never pay extra for the extra ANZEMC services you and your customers enjoy.

What International EMC Standards are Recognised by the ACMA and RSM?...

In addition to the Australian/New Zealand (AS/NZS) EMC standards, the ACMA and RSM usually recognise equivalent European Norm (EN), International Electro-Technical Commission (IEC) and International Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR) EMC standards. However you must still have an Australian or New Zealand based ACMA or RSM registered company (ANZEMC) managing your Australian and New Zealand EMC compliance requirements.
