EMC Product Certification and Compliance Folder Management...
ANZEMC composes and manages separate EMC Compliance Folders for each EMC regulated and ANZEMC certified product imported into Australia or New Zealand. The Compliance Folder contains copies of a product's EMC test report, product description often including photographs and block or circuit diagrams, a signed Declaration of Conformity, product variants and revisions and any other documents ANZEMC determines relevant to supporting the claim that the product meets applicable ACMA/RSM EMC standards. ANZEMC uses a Compliance Folder to certify a product as compliant with Australian and New Zealand EMC standards, when undergoing ACMA or RSM product audits and to address any number of enquiries we receive on a product’s EMC compliance validity.
C-Tick and A-Tick Labelling...
As an ANZEMC client you will receive C-Tick or A-Tick labels, ANZEMC’s unique identity code and a full description of ACMA/RSM acceptable methods and locations for applying the labels to your products. You may also apply the labels to your product packaging, warranty forms, manuals, literature and website. The ANZEMC unique C-Tick and A-Tick EMC identity code will provide peace of mind to the market place that your EMC regulatory requirements are being attended to by ANZEMC.
Australia and New Zealand...
As an ANZEMC client your EMC regulatory requirements will be met for both Australia and New Zealand, eliminating the need to contract separate organisations in Australia and New Zealand to comply with ACMA and RSM EMC regulatory standards.
